30-day money-back guarantee

PRESS-KIT.CLOUD, operated by Andrea Chirivi, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Open the relevant order and follow the prompts to request a refund.
3. Or contact us at billing@press-kit.cloud and we will help you raise the request with Paddle.

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, typically 5–10 business days.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling a subscription after the 30-day window does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
