The artist is invented. The bio, the dates, the press quotes, the venues and the links are made up. A real artist with a similar name has nothing to do with this file. The photos are generated with AI. The file says so at the top of page one.
The layout is real. It is what the free plan of PRESS-KIT.CLOUD produces, plus one grey line at the top saying the artist is invented: the Basic style, 2 photos, 3 highlights, and a “Made with press-kit.cloud” watermark.
What is on it, in order
- Name, genre, city. At the top, large.
- Photo. One wide photo on page one. The free plan allows two photos; the second goes in the gallery.
- Biography. Three paragraphs in the example.
- Press. Quotes with their source.
- Technical setup. What the venue provides, what you bring, power, setup time, monitors.
- Highlights. Residencies, festivals, releases. Up to 3 on the free plan.
- Labels and shared stages. One line each.
- Links and booking. Streaming links in full, so they work on paper too, and the booking address.
Why these and not others: what to put in a DJ press kit, with the sources.
Size
463 kB for 2 pages with two photos. BookedKit, which makes press kit pages, advises keeping a press kit PDF under 5 MB when a festival portal asks for a file (their guide, April 2026).
Make your own, free
You do not edit this PDF. You fill in one page on PRESS-KIT.CLOUD and get two things: a public page at press-kit.cloud/epk/yourname and this PDF, with your name on it. Building and publishing is free.
Pro is €19 once: no watermark, 12 more PDF styles in three layouts (Club, Festival, Corporate), four colourways each, up to 8 photos. The three layouts are on the examples page, each with its PDF.
